Pack Your Boots

Place the unworn boots in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed inside a shipping mailer.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous tracking information.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
